A project led by Matthew Byars of DC band The Caribbean. Influenced by the work of Mission of Burma soundman Martin Swope, who captured and loops elements of the band’s sound, Byars has players (different ones every time) generate improvised sound through his board, which he captures, loops, and destroys.
